对掷标枪最后用力阶段左侧支撑技术的研究
摘     要

大量的文献资料研究表明，投掷标枪时，在最后用力阶段，左侧支撑技术对形成“满弓”，对标枪最后出手的速度、出手的角度以及最后用力的工作距离起着重要的作用，对右侧技术的发挥起着非常重要的作用。本文运用文献法、专家访谈法、图片分析法、逻辑归纳法对收集的资料进行整理分析研究左侧支撑技术。

Abstract: The massive literature material research indicated, when throws the javelin, in finally makes an effort the stage, left side supports the technology to form “the full bow”, the work distance which finally gets rid of the speed to the javelin which, gets rid of the angle as well as finally makes an effort to play the vital role, to right flank technology display extremely vital role.This article utilizes the literature law, the expert interview law, the picture analytic method, the logical induction conducts left side the reorganization analysis research to the collection material to support the technology.
