摘要：助跑结合起跳是跳远技术上的难点，是决定跳远成绩的关键，通过对中外优秀跳远运动员技术的对比分析，对影响跳远成绩的助跑速度中的绝对速度与助跑速度的关系；助跑速度的利用率；腾起角度，踏跳准确性及助跑与踏跳的相互关系进行了较详细的探析，从现代跳远的特点出发来研究跳远运动员的助跑和起跳技术，论证了助跑与起跳相结合是提高跳远水平的关键。为我国跳远的发展提供可行性的参考。
