 一次无氧运动对24小时动态血压的影响
摘  要

目的:探讨一次无氧运动对24小时动态血压的影响。方法:采用德国I•E•M 公司生产的MOBIL-O-GRAPH无创便携式动态血压监测仪对10名血压正常的在校大学生进行一次无氧运动(Wingate 无氧测试)前后安静状态下24小时动态血压进行记录观察,并对动态血压参数进行对比分析。结果:一次无氧运动后,受试者白天和24小时的收缩压、平均动脉压、舒张压均有显著的升高(p<0.01)。晚上的收缩压、平均动脉压、舒张压变化不明显。白天、晚上、24小时的心率及二乘积没有明显的变化。结论:一次无氧运动可导致血压暂时升高(不超过15小时)。

Abstract
Aim: To investigate the effect of one anaerobic test on 24 hours Ambulatory Blood Pressure .Method: MOBIL-O-GRAPH non-traumatic portable ambulatory blood pressure monitor produced by IEM Corporation of German were used in this study ,then record and observe the 24 hours ambulatory blood pressure before and after the anaerobic exercise of  ten college students of normal blood pressure who carried on one anaerobic exercise(Wingate anaerobic test),  and analyze the ambulatory blood pressure parameter contrastively. Objective: After one anaerobic exercise,the subjects’ systolic pressure、mean arterial pressure、diastolic pressure all enhanced significantly during daytime and 24 hours;but they did not change significantly at night, but the heart rate and DP did not change significantly. Conclusion: One anaerobic exercise can make blood pressure enhance temporarily.
