新制度学派人力资本理论的内涵与价值研究
【摘要】20世纪70年代初，新自由主义学派向凯恩斯主义发起了挑战。这个学派的兴起给世界带来了巨大的影响。需要指出的是，新自由主义学说中的新制度学派，在西方学术界影响并不很大，但却对中国经济学界产生了相当大的影响。本文主要采取收集文献的方法，结合中国的实际国情，在中外众多的相关著作中归纳新制度学派人力资本理论的主要内容，并以此为基础思考我国人力资本投资与产权的重大问题，从人力资本的角度端正当前社会经济改革中的错误认识，从中汲取有价值的思想与理论。

【Abstract】From the seventies of the 20th century, the very famous Keynesian theory has been challenged by the liberalism school. The Neo-institutional school human capital theory did not cause a great effect in the west world but it affected Chinese economist a lot. This article would try to gather more valuable information which will help China to increase the inventory and the quality of the human capital in China.
