家族企业人才激励机制的研究——以金鑫科技为例
摘 要：由于受各种条件限制，家族企业在利用人力资源方面与人才激励方面，总体上处于劣势，如若在保护、爱护和尊重人才方面没有突出的表现，则将进一步增加自己选用人才的困难，使人才要么进不来，要么留不住。优秀人才的匮乏已严重制约了家族企业的发展。吸引并留住一批能够驾驭现代化企业管理的复合型人才，唯有从激励机制入手，利用科学的激励机制吸引并留住人才，真正实现人尽其才、才尽其用，这也是挖掘企业潜力，实现企业飞跃式发展的根本途径。本文从当前我国家族企业激励机制建设的现状出发，对其功用、缺失和存在的问题进行分析，提出家族企业应抓住激励机制建设的关键影响因素，站在战略高度从企业最基本的产权、管理机制等加以改革，与时俱进，打造制度化、结构化、科学合理的激励机制，为家族企业的进一步发展奠定基础。

Studies on Family Business Incentive Mechanism for Talented People---Take Jinxin Science
and Technology as an Example
Abstract：Due to various constraints, family-run enterprises are at a disadvantage in the use of human resources and personnel incentives. If they can not have any conspicuous performance on the protection, care and respect for the talents, it will further increase the difficulties when they employ talents. And then the talents can not come in or can not stay in. Lack of talents have been seriously restricted the development of the family business. So if they want to attract and retain a group of compound talent people who can control the modern enterprise management, they could only start with incentive mechanism, to attract and retain qualified personnel by using science and incentive mechanisms. And this is also a fundamental method to dig the potential of enterprises and make leap-forward development. This paper carries out the current status of the construction of China's family business incentive mechanism, analyzes its function and existing problems, and points out the key factors in family business incentive mechanism. And then discuss the reform of the most basic property rights and management mechanisms of the enterprise from a strategic height. At last it could assist to build an institutional, structural, scientific and reasonable incentive mechanism for the family business which could lay a foundation for the further development of family business.
