摘要:绩效管理是将组织的战略目标分解为员工的工作目标并对工作过程和结果全面地、系统地、科学地进行计划、实施、评估与反馈的过程。它是通过管理者与员工之间为提高员工能力与绩效,实现组织战略目标的一种管理沟通活动。 绩效管理可以帮助组织发现员工工作过程中的问题,并且能够及时解决这些问题,而且还给予了员工持续改进工作、提高绩效的信心。本文介绍了一些绩效管理相关的概念和黄河铝电集团在绩效管理方面存在的问题和解决办法。并根据这些问题设计了黄河铝电集团的绩效管理体系。人们越来越认识到,无论是对组织还是对员工个人,绩效管理都是一项十分有意义的管理工作。

Abstract: The achievements management is the strategic target which organizes decomposes into staff's job objective and to the work process and the result carries on scientifically systematically, comprehensively, the plan, the implementation, the appraisal and the feedback process. It is to sharpen the staff ability and the achievements through between the superintendent and the staff, realizes the organization strategic target one kind of management communication activity. The achievements management may help the organization to discover in the staff work process the question, and can solve these problems promptly, moreover also gave the staff to improve the work, to enhance the achievements continually the confidence. This article introduced some achievements management related concept and the Yellow River aluminum electricity group the question which and the solution exists in the achievements management aspect. And acted according to these questions to design the Yellow River aluminum electricity group's achievements management system. The people realized more and more, regardless to the organization or to staff individual, the achievements management is a very meaningful supervisory work.
