摘要:旅行社是旅游企业的典型代表,作为中国旅游业重要构成部分的旅行社将面临的更加激烈的市场竞争,而在这激烈的竞争中,如何培育自己企业的核心竞争便成为一个急需解决的问题了。再加之旅行社产品本身的特殊性,使得旅行社核心竞争力的构成与培育存在很难题。本文旨在通过确定旅行社核心竞争力构成要素的基础上,找出张家界市旅行社培育存在的问题,并提出相应的解决对策。希望这样可以加深张家界市旅行社对于核心竞争力培育的认识,以有利于张家界市旅行社核心竞争力的培育。

Abstract: Tourism enterprises are typical representation of service-oriented businesses.Travel agency industry as an important component of China's tourism industry will face even more intense competition.In the future,how to cultivate and maintain its competitiveness has become an important issue which needs to be resolved in fierce competition.Coupled with the special nature of theproducts,making travel agency cultivates the core competitiveness become to be more important. This paper aims to identify the constituent elements of the core competitiveness of travel agencies,to find out the existing problems on cultivation from travel agencies in Zhang Jiajie city,and to offer the corresponding countermeasures.Hope that this can enhance the awareness and understanding on cultivating the core competitiveness of travel agency in Zhang Jiajie city,the theory and practical guidance that to be good for cultivating the core competitiveness of travel agency Zhang Jiajie city.
