文化对外报道节目的制作与传播----以CCTV英语新闻频道的'Culture Express'为例
摘要:在当前信息全球化的大背景下,大众媒体的对外传播是一个国家推进其国际化进程、树立国家形象、增强国际地位的重要手段。伴随中国的和平发展与不断强大,“让世界了解中国,让中国走向世界”逐渐成为对外传播媒体的定位和目标。
    二十一世纪以来,以中央电视台英语新闻频道为代表的中国对外传播媒体虽然进入了一个快速发展的阶段,但对外文化传播的效果却并不令人满意。不仅总体规模还相对较小,其影响力也有待于提高。本文将以中央电视台英语新闻频道《Culture Express》为例,分析文化对外报道类英语节目的制作与传播,浅析如何提高传播效果以弘扬中国文化,树立强大而良好的国家形象。

ON THE PRODUCTION AND DISTRIBUTION OF EXTERNAL CHINESE CULTURAL TV PROGRAMS
----BY THE CASE STUDY OF
CCTV-NEWS 'Culture Express'
Abstract: Under the current context of globalization of information, the external distribution of Mass Medias is an important means to promote the internationalization process, establish a fine national image, and to enhance the country’s international status. With China’s peaceful development and being stronger, “let the world understand China and make China into the world” has become the orientation and destination of external distribution.
Since the 21st century, represented by CCTV-NEWS, the Chinese external distribution media have entered a stage of rapid development, but the effect is still not satisfying. Not only the overall size is relatively small, but the influence also needs to be improved. This article will be on the production and distribution of external Chinese cultural TV programs by the case study of CCTV-NEWS <Culture Express>, to analyze how to improve the ways and effects in order to establish a strong and good national image.
