论公文写作中常见的问题
摘 要：公文写作作为秘书工作人员的基本功，在日常工作中越来越重要。但是依然会不断出现很多问题，这不仅要从任务重、时间紧等客观方面找原因，更应该从秘书工作人员的自身找原因。在公文写作中之所以会出现很多问题，其根本原因还在于秘书工作人员的基本功不扎实，缺乏深厚的文字功底。所以要减少和避免公文写作中易出现的问题，就要从其产生的原因着手，找出解决的办法，真正提高秘书人员的公文写作能力，这才是标本兼治的办法。本文将从公文写作中常见的问题产生的原因着手，去寻找解决这些问题的办法，并探究如何提高秘书工作人员的公文写作水平，从而尽量减少和避免公文写作中的常见问题。

Abstract: The official document writing is the basic achievement of the secretary's staff member, it bbecomes more and more important in the daily pursuit.But there are still a lot of problems appearing in the writing.There are two reasons .The first is the heavy mission, the second is the tightly time .We should seek reason not only from the objective aspect, but also from the oneself of secretary staff member more .why does it appear so many problems In the official document the writing ? The basic reason still lies in secretary's basic chievement of the staff members are not firm, lack a deep writing achievement bottom.So if we want to reduce and avoid the problems of easy emergence in the official document writing, the way produces from it begins, finding out the way for resolving, real exaltation secretary the personnel's official document writing skill, this will be specimen and cure of way.This text begins the reason that the familiar problem produces from the official document writing, looking for to resolve these way of problems, and investigate how to raise secretary the staff member's official document writing level, reduce and avoid the familiar problem in the official document writing thus and as far as possible.
