关于高校秘书学专业课程设置的一些思考
摘  要：20世纪80年代以来，全国秘书专业在高等院校迅速发展。近十年来，全国又有近50所院校陆续将秘书学专业从专科提升到本科层次，为社会培养了大批高质量的秘书人才。秘书学专业虽已有了一定的发展，并已进入良性发展阶段，但秘书专业教学在发展过程中也存在一些亟待解决的问题。其中有的是一切新学科在发展过程中都会出现的共性问题，有的则是秘书专业教学、科研和管理中存在的特殊问题。其培养模式中仍然存在一些问题，制约着本专业的发展，本问将在这里探讨秘书专业教学中一个最基础的问题——秘书专业课程的设置。

Thought about the setting of secretary courses
 in college education
 
Abstract：Quick development of secretary in our country has taken place in altitude colleges since 1980’s. Secretary has upgraded from major to undergraduate in succession in 50 colleges in these ten years. A large number of high quality secretaries have been trained for the society. Though secretary has been developed in some degree， and in good development， there are some problems need to be solved. Some are the common problems in the development of any new science， the others are special problems in education， researching and management of secretary. Some problems still exist in education mode， which limit the development of secretary. The setting of secretary courses which is the basic issue in secretary education will be discussed in this paper.
