男性秘书与女性秘书优劣势比较
摘  要：秘书，在我国是政府机关，企事业单位普遍设置的一种行政职位；在世界乃是最广泛的社会职位之一，对社会发展起着不可缺少的作用。近年来，秘书学已成为高等和中等专科院校设置的专业之一，也是普遍开设的一门重要基础课程。目前劳动保障部有一项关于秘书的职业标准考试，共分为四个等级，分别为国家职业资格五级（原初级）、国家职业资格四级（原中级）、国家职业资格三级（原高级）和国家职业资格二级，这一举措推进了秘书行业的定位，使秘书人员的就业有了保障机制。如何正确认识男性秘书与女性秘书在社会上的不同形象与不同分工，了解他们的职业生存状态是创作本文的动机。通过对男性秘书与女性秘书的分析比较，概括出各自的优劣势，使不同的部门及不同性质的单位和企业，根据实际工作需要来确定所需秘书的性别要求及能力要求是本文写作的最终目的。

Abstract: Secretary, in our country is the executive position, that is the Government, the Enterprises and institutions’ universal Position. In the world is one of most widespread social positions, which is very important to social development. In recent years, secretary has become the colleges and universities establishment specialties, is also a important basis curriculum. So the Safeguard Department has one item about secretary's professional standard test, divides into four ranks, is the fifth levels of national professional qualifications (original primary), the forth levels of national professional qualifications (original intermediate),the third-level (original high-level) and the second-level of national professional qualifications. This action advanced the secretaries’ localization, is help for people as a secretary.Therefore how to know the difference between male secretary and female secretary in society different vivid and different division of labor, understand their occupation condition is this articles’ motive.Through compares to masculine secretary and the feminine secretary's analysis, summarizes the advantage. Then we can find right secretary in different department.
