试论国内英文博客的现状与发展
摘要：在日益全球化的今天，英语成为沟通的桥梁。随着媒体技术的发展，博客作为新型的互动交流工具为全球网民的跨文化交流打开了一个直接而又有意义的窗户，尤其是英文博客。目前国内的英文博客虽然发展较慢，但它已经形成两个特殊的传播主体——海外华人博客群和在华外国人博客群,它们以自己独有的方式为我国的跨文化交流作出了重要贡献。本文从博客作为出发点，详细阐述国内英文博客对跨文化交流发展的重要性，分析了目前国内英文博客的发展现状以及制约其发展的主要问题。此外，本文还强调了政府和网民有责任为国内英文博客的发展，为我国跨文化交流作出贡献。

AN ANALYSIS ON STATUS-QUO AND 
DEVELOPMENT OF DOMESTIC ENGLISH BLOG
Abstract: In the age of globalization, English, as a tool of communication, has bridged the gap between nations. With the development of media technology, blog, as a new interactive tool, provides a direct and meaningful window for netizen in intercultural communication, especially English blog. Domestic English blog develops slowly but an English blog community which consists of overseas Chinese and the foreigners living in China has come into existence. And it makes significant contribution to intercultural communication in its own way. Starting from the elaboration of blog, this thesis focuses on the importance of developing domestic English blog in intercultural communication, discusses the Status-quo of domestic English blog and analyzes the problems which limit the development of domestic English blog. Further more, it also points out that government as well as netizens have the responsibility for developing domestic English blog to make their contribution to intercultural communication.
