中国政治文献的翻译原则及策略
Abstract: As China is conducting more and more communication with other countries, more attention has been paid to China on its rapid growth in many domains. On the other hand, the foreign main media have demonized China’s condition for their own interest, which has a negative impact on China’s image. From these aspects, China is in urgent need to carry out the objective, overall and accurate external publicity to foreign countries. In 2004,the leader Li Changchun put forward the principles of external publicity-- first, reflects the actual conditions of China’s development; second, meets the foreign audience’s requirements for information; third, caters to the foreign audience’s habit of thinking. They also can be applied to the translation process of Chinese political documents. Based on these principles, this thesis is about the effective translation techniques and strategies. Theories are accompanied with specific examples to equip this paper with strong and orderly arguments.

摘要：随着中国对外交流日益频繁，世界各国将关注都投向了中国。另一方面，许多的对华报道都在缺少正确事实的情况下产生了负面影响。从以上两方面来看，中国急需客观、全面、正确的对外宣传。2004年中央宣传思想工作领导小组组长李长春提出“外宣三贴近”原则——贴近中国发展的实际；贴近国外受众对中国信息的需求；贴近国外受众的思维习惯。这一“三贴近”原则同样适用于政治文献的翻译。本论文重点关注围绕该原则所采用的翻译策略，提出不同的翻译技巧、翻译方法，为如何进行有效准确的政治文献翻译探索道路。本文将采取理论与实例相结合的研究方式，为读者提供更直观有力的论据。
