基于EDA技术的高速数字示波器(硬件设计和硬件仿真)
摘 要:现代数字示波器以其小巧方便、功耗小、精度高、能存储波形、能实时分析等诸多优点,正在逐步取代传统模拟示波器。本文主要讲述以FPGA为核心,基于等效采样原理,来完成数字示波器的硬件设计和硬件仿真。同时也简单介绍下EDA技术和FPGA技术以及数字示波器的软件设计。我们采用Altera公司的cyclone型FPGA芯片为核心,运用其灵活而强大的现场可编程功能将采样频率合成模块、测量外部信号频率模块、触发方式控制模块、存储及视频扫描模块以及总体控制模块5大部分的硬件电路都模拟集成到FPGA芯片中。再辅以软件控制和外围的AD的模拟信号采集和DA的模拟信号输出,进而实现一个简易的数字示波器。

High-Speed Digital Oscilloscopes Based on EDA Technology
(The Hardware Design and Simulation)

Abstract:Modern digital oscilloscopes is not only low consumption, easy convenient but also can store waveform, can analysis in real-time, it is gradually replacing traditional analogue oscilloscope. This paper deals with the FPGA as the core, based on the principle of equivalent sampling, to complete the hardware design and hardware simulation of the digital oscilloscopes. It also briefly introduces the EDA technology, FPGA technology and software design of the digital oscilloscopes. We use the cyclone type of FPGA produced by the Altera company. It analog integrated sampling frequency synthesis module, measuring external signal frequency module, triggered control module, storage and video scan module and overall control module with the flexible and powerful field programmable functions. Then we try to design digital oscilloscopes with peripheral acquisition of analog signal of AD and the output of analog signal of DA.
