学院学报编辑部稿件管理系统的设计与实现
摘  要：编辑部的稿件管理效率是影响编辑部声誉、吸引作者投稿的关键因素。随着作者投稿数量的不断增加，编辑部的稿件管理效率急剧下降，传统的人工处理稿件的方式已经难以适应新环境下编辑部稿件管理的效率要求。
本文通过需求分析、系统总体设计、系统详细设计与实现等阶段工作，提出了系统的实现原理与实现方法，开发了一个基于学报编辑部稿件处理业务的稿件管理系统
关键词：编辑部；稿件；管理信息系统

The Design and Implementation of Manuscript Management System for The Journal's Editorial Office in Zhejiang University of Finace & Economics

Abstract: The efficiency of manuscript management for editorial department is an important factor that influences the reputation of editorial department and attracts manuscripts. With the continuing increase of the amount of manuscripts, the efficiency of contribution management of editorial department declines. Its traditional manual management is hard to meet the needs of efficiency under new conditions
     This paper presents the development principles and methods, and implemented a manuscript management system for editorial department, by the steps of requirements analysis, system outline design, detailed design, and system development.
