公寓楼租房管理系统的设计与开发
摘  要：房屋出租管理系统是为房屋出租者管理房屋出租、出售信息资料而设计的信息管理系统，包含有后台数据库和前台应用程序系统两大部分，后台数据库要求数据的一致性和完整性、安全性,用以储存单位工程文档资料及相关信息，前台应用程序系统要求应用程序功能完备、易于使用和界面友好等。
经过全面分析，确定数据库采用SQL server2000，开发工具为Delphi 7.0，通过需求分析、系统总体设计、系统详细设计与实现等阶段的工作，提出了系统的实现原理与实现方法，开发了一个基于西南证券客户服务部用于日常客户信息管理的系统。
