光纤液位检测电路设计与仿真毕业设计

【内容摘要】

本文讨论的光纤压力传感器能够做到全光无电,可用于油罐液位的检测。

目前,油罐液位元元检测的方式较多,但都存在测量范围小、精度低或价格昂贵等缺点,远不能满足现在对油罐液位测量提出的快速、准确、实时、造价低等要求。这个基于光纤微弯效应的光纤压力传感器,结构小、动态范围大、精度高,可满足液位的测量要求,可以方便地实现在线实时监测,并且可以实现远程控制;而且将光纤用于油罐液位的测量,可以保证现场全光无电,消除了燃烧、爆炸的安全隐患。

Abstract: The present paper in introduced the optical fiber structure and in the fiber optic transmission principle foundation, has analyzed the optical fiber sensing modulation principle and the good and bad points; Has with emphasis analyzed the optical fiber sensor survey fluid position method as well as its superior, the shortcoming, thought presses the sensitive optical fiber fluid position sensor is one kind quite ideal uses in the fluid position examination the method, it is the intensity of pressure different principle which is highly different according to the liquid produces examines the fluid position, is suitable specially for the oil pot fluid position survey. Therefore selects presses the sensitive optical fiber fluid position sensor to take the sensing component, realizes to the fluid position survey, and gave has surveyed the system hardware electric circuit and the software flow.Because the optical fiber has thermostablly, anti-corrosive, safe reliable and so on the merits, therefore the pressure optical fiber fluid position sensor might with the liquid contact, this enable it to have the more widespread application prospect.
