ABSTRACT

The thesis started from the development of public funds and private funds, and carried of the comparative study of the organization systems and revenue distributions between these two kinds of funds. Besides, through the research on the different performance of public funds and private funds in the bull market as well as the bear market, the thesis raised the differences between these two kinds of funds, and analyzed the internal as well as external causes of their different performance. Last but not least, the thesis provided real examples to explain the aforesaid points, which could enable investors to be more familiar with private funds, in order to make wiser investment decisions.

摘  要

本文从对公、私募基金的发展过程研究起，对公、私募基金的组织制度和收益分配进行详细的对比研究，并通过对牛、熊市中阳光私募基金和公募基金的不同表现的研究，得出阳光私募基金和公募基金的区别，还分析了产生其业绩表现不一样的内在和外在原因。最后，举出真实的例子予以阐述，让投资者对阳光私募基金有更充分的认识，以便做出更明智的投资决策。
