我国饭店业目前的管制体系和管制手段等方面还不够完善，存在着多头管理等问题。本文以美国、泰国和韩国为例，分析了国外三种饭店业管制的模式，并总结了这三种模式对中国饭店业管制的启示。

The Experiences and inspires of hotel regulation in overseas
ABSTRACT：There are some problems on hotel regulation in China. The paper makes an analysis of regulation on hotel industry in America, Thailand and North Korea. Finally, some brief inspires are made for the development of hotel regulation in China.
