本文主要研究办公自动化系统的设计与实现，本文接下来的第二章进行了系统可行性分析；第三章作了系统需求分析；第四章为系统概要设计，包括数据库设计、数据流程图和数据字典，重要代码设计；第五章为系统各模块详细设计与实现，并介绍本系统的主要功能；
公司的办公自动化程度是衡量一个公司是否科学运营的标准之一，也是公司管理的一个重要内容。经过在上海故我服饰有限公司两个月的实地调研，并查阅、收集、整理相关资料，以及为期一个月的系统设计，最终实现了含系统、个人办公室、工作流转、人事管理、资源管理、规章制度、员工交流7个大模块包含几十个具体功能办公自动化系统。本系统前台程序开发工具采用DELPHI，后台数据库采用SQL SERVER 2000数据库。本办公自动化系统极大提高了工作效率，节省了人力和物力，最终满足公司员工办公的需要，同时也成为现代化公司管理的标志。

Design and Implementation On OA system Of
Shanghai Guwo Clothing Company of Limited Liability
Abstract: The level of automation is one of the standard to judge wether a company is running scientificly or not. After studying at Shanghai Guwo Clothing Company of Limited Liability two months, consulting, collecting, and arranging information, and then after a month’s system designing, I finally accomplish an OA system containing system，personal office，work circulation，personnel matters management，resources management，principles，staff communication and several specific functions. The foreground program development tools using DELPHI, background database using SQL SERVER 2000 database. The OA system, greatly increasing efficiency, saving human and material resources, meets employee’s needs, and also becomes a symbol of modern business company.
