本系统实现了对信息数据的浏览、查询、编辑和管理等基本数据库操作，采用了模块化设计方法，根据用户的需求及程序的应用与维护的易用性，将各个部分置于不同的模块当中，方便了程序的扩展与维护。
本文通过需求分析、系统总体设计、系统详细设计与实现等阶段工作，提出了系统的实现原理与实现方法，并在此基础上完成了物业管理系统的设计与实现。

The Design and Implementation of Property Management System for YUGUIYUAN
Abstract: My property management system contains the basic function of Database System, such as scan, edit, manage the information and date .According to the needs of user, and with the purpose to let the application and maintenance become easier, the system using a modular design approach, distribute the function into various parts.It procedures to facilitate the expansion and maintenance. In this paper, propose the principles and methods of the system, after the work of needs analysis, system design, detailed design and implementation of system. Yugui Yuan Property Management System is done on this basis.
