本文主要以萧山银河小区为特例，针对本小区的特殊情况以及小区物业管理的共性来实现小区物业管理系统的设计过程。
本系统主要是通过对小区业主的相关工作进行统一调配和管理，来实现小区工作的正常运转。按照小区物业管理的需要，实现了对业主的管理、基础设施的维护、保安管理和财务管理等8大模块。同时，本系统还可进行各类报表的输入与输出，真正实现了小区管理的信息化。
