随着时代的进步，企业人员数量也不断增加、分工的不断细化、各个行业间联系的不断密切，对人事管理的要求也不断提高。
本人对XX建筑公司做了一段时间的调研，根据公司实际需求，运用DEPHI以及SQL数据库设计了目标企业的人事系统。系统主要功能包括：员工基本信息管理；员工考勤信息管理；工资管理；系统维护等功能。并且也对系统进行了相应测试，确保系统能正常运行。

Design and Implementation of Hong Cheng construction company human resource management system
Abstract: With the progress of the times, companies are increasing the number of personnel, division of the more detailed linkages between various sectors continued close management of personnel required to improve. I am on the Hong Cheng construction company to a period of research, according to the company's actual needs, I used DEPHI and SQL database design the target company's personnel system. System main features include: basic information management staff; employee time and attendance information management; salary management; system maintenance. And also the corresponding test on the system to ensure the system can work normally.
