摘要:跨栏是田径教学中较为复杂的项目,学习跨栏跑技术动作受多种因素的影响,其中心理因素是直接影响它的重要因素之一。心理障碍则直接影响到动作的完成和动作的完美。于是分析心理障碍的成因及对策成了跨栏跑技术教学和训练要探讨的主要课题。本文把运动心理学的认识过程运用到跨栏跑技术动作的实践中,进一步探讨学习跨栏跑技术动作时产生心理障碍的成因及对策,以期有所创新。

Shallowly Discussed of the Contributing Factor and Counter Measure of Psychological Obstruction When Teach Hurdle Race
 
Abstract:Hurdle track and field teaching more complex projects,Many factors influence the learning hurdle race act. Among them. psychological factor is one of the most direct and important factors. However, psychological obstruction plays an important rule in influencing the completion and perfection of the act. Therefore to analyze the contributing factor and countermove of psychological obstruction is the prime subject for making inquiry to hurdle race teaching and training. This passage will apply the knowledge of understanding movement psychology to the practice of hurdle race act teaching. so as to make a further inquiry to the contributing factor and counter measure which can generate psychological factor when people study hurdle race skills,to innovate.
