摘 要

在中小型企业的生存与发展过程中,人才起了关键性的作用,未来的竞争,关键是人才的竞争。大企业可以凭借其名气和雄厚的实力吸引各种人才,而名气和资源都比较小的中小型企业,如何吸引人才便成为中小型企业经营者都十分关心的问题。本文通过对中小型企业的分析,根据中小型企业的特点,系统地提出了中小型企业吸引人才的战略。

Abstract
 
In the small and medium-sized enterprise survival and the developing process, the talented person played the crucial role, the future competition, the key is talented person's competition.The big enterprise may rely on its fame and the abundant strength attracts each kind of talented person, but the fame and does the resources all quite small small and medium-sized enterprise, how attract the talented person then to become small and medium-sized enterprise operators all extremely the issue of concern.This article through to the small and medium-sized enterprise analysis, according to the small and medium-sized enterprise characteristic, proposed systematically the small and medium-sized enterprise attracts talented person's strategy.
