民营企业接班人问题初探
摘　要

我国民营企业在经济发展中的作用日益重要，而民营经济在经过30多年的发展后第一代接班人已经面临集体退位。如何使民营企业的交接平稳顺利不仅对民营企业个体有重要的意义而且对我国经济的发展有重要影响。本文着重分析民营企业接班的现状、存在的问题、以及对策。以期为民营企业的发展提供一种思路，使得民营企业健康发展。

The our country privately operated enterprise is day by day important in the economical development function, but the privately operated economy after passed through more than 20 years development the first generation of successor already to face the collective . How causes the privately operated enterprise to connect with steadily is smooth not only has the vital significance to the privately operated enterprise individual moreover to have the important influence to our country economy development. This article emphatically analyzes the present situation, the existence question which the privately operated enterprise takes over, as well as the countermeasure. Provides one kind of mentality take the time as the privately operated enterprise's development, causes the privately operated enterprise health development.
