我国公有制企业工会运行机制发展研究
摘 要

现阶段,随着我国经济体制改革的进一步深入,经济结构调整和企业资产重组,市场经济的逐步建立和完善,我国经济社会出现了一系列问题,特别是随着公有制企业改革,面临着诸如经营机制不活,生产经营困难,经济效益下降,下岗和失业工人增多,部分工人生活困难等许多深层次的矛盾与困难。因此,以维护工人合法权益为基本职责的工会必须转变其运行机制,以适应市场经济发展的要求,充分发挥工会的主观能动性。本文通过对公有制现有工会运行机制分析研究的基础上,提出新的更能适应市场经济要求的工会运行机制,以更好的维护工人的合法权益。

Abstract

The present stage, with economic restructuring and enterprise assets reorganization, our country economy is going to a further restructuring and the market economy successive builds and improves and perfects. But meanwhile, Our country economy has a series of problem especially with publicly owned enterprises reformed .Such as, management system not living , produces manage difficulty , the economic effect come down , the worker who is laid-off and is unemployed increases, the life of part worker is filled with difficulty and as so on. Therefore, the labor union who takes defending worker lawful rights and interests as fundamental duty must change whose operating mechanism, to adapt to the request of the market economy, to bring conscious activity of the labor union into play. The aim of this text is to bringing forward the new labor union operating mechanism which can meet the market economy demand better and protect lawful rights and interests of worker, on the basis of the analysis to public ownership enterprise's labor union operating mechanism.
