摘 要
为了更全面地反映企业目前状况和未来发展潜力,从战略管理的角度出发,将构建关键绩效指标的思想引入到企业绩效评价体系中。本文介绍了关键绩效指标的设计原则,要点和过程,并且将关键绩效指标归为财务指标,战略牵引指标,人力资源和管理能力指标三个方面,在对每个具体企业的KPI体系设计时可将其作为主控因素进行下一级指标的分解。企业KPI指标体系可使企业的战略目标有效地传递到组织的每一位员工,促使企业整体战略目标的实现。
