我国公共物品供给的市场化分析
摘  要
随着新公共管理理论的兴起对旧有的行政管理理论形成了挑战,社会的不断向前发展需要新的理论来指导现实问题。
新的社会形势下原有的体制出现一系列问题,迫切需要有适合自己的理论来指导一系列现实问题。
公共物品是具有消费的非排他性和非竞争性特征。由于城乡二元制体制的长期存在,城市和农村的公共物品在有共性的基础上还分别有自己的个性,其出现的问题、问题原因及市场化所采取的方式都有所不同。
解决好我国公共物品的市场化供给,需要依靠中介组织。

Abstract
To the administration theory which old had forms the challenge along with new  public management theory starting, the society has moved forward unceasingly  needs the new theory to instruct the realistic question.
Under the new social situation the original system has a series of problems, is  urgent needs to have suits own theory to instruct a series of realistic questions.
The public goods are have the expense non-exclusiveness and the non- competitive characteristic. As a result of the city and countryside binary system  long-standing, the city and the countryside public goods in have in the general character foundation also separately to have own individuality, it appears the question, the question reason and the marketability adopt the way all differs from.
Solves our country public goods marketability supplies, needs to depend upon the intermediary organization.
