摘要:对于房地产开发商来说,房地产广告是房地产营销中最沉重的工作,高明的广告策划和优秀广告创作能迅速提升楼盘的知名度,关注度,并最终成为引爆楼盘热销的导火索。本文通过对全国房地产广告现状做一个简要分析,结合中原城市郑州房地产市场发展情况,运用营销相关知识对房地产广告特点,房地产广告创作要点,房地产广告创意法则等,结合消费者心理,对房地产开发企业提出一些参考性建议

Abstract :For real estate developers, real estate advertising is the most real estate marketing heavy work, clever advertising planning and outstanding creative advertising can quickly improve the visibility of projects and level of concern. and eventually become the best-selling detonating fuse sale. Based on the national real estate advertisements status a brief analysis Zhengzhou, central China city with the real estate market situation, marketing-related knowledge of the real estate advertisements feature real estate advertising creative elements, and real estate advertising creative rules, combining consumer psychology, real estate development enterprises by offering some suggestions
