市场经济条件下秘书职业道德的要求
摘  要：随着我国改革开放的不断深入， 社会主义市场经济体制的建立和逐步完善，秘书职业道德也在不断改变和提升。市场经济给我国经济体制及各方面带来了有利有弊的影响，对此秘书人员应该加以区分，扬长避短，充分发挥市场经济有利的一面，努力做好秘书工作，在新的经济体制下，让秘书工作朝着健康、迅速的方向发展。

The Requirement of Professional Ethics of Secretary under 
The Conditions of Market economy
 
Abstract: With the constant depth of the reforming and opening and the building and perfect gradually of the socialism market economic system , the professional ethics of secretary is also constantly reforming and improving . Market economy has both effect on economic system even all sides in China，so secretaries should make a difference between them , make best use of the advantages and avoid the disadvantages .
