摘  要
文章介绍中小学教师继续教育与因特网的概念,以及两者之间的联系。通过对滨城区部分中小学教师的调查,反映出中小学教师在利用因特网进行继续教育过程中存在的问题。并通过分析教师学习的特性,总结出基于因特网的教师继续教育的“校本”培训策略,从根本上提高中小学教师队伍的整体素质,为中小学教师今后利用因特网进行继续教育提供参考。

Abstract
This paper introduces primary and secondary school teacher’s continuing education, and the Internet concept of the relationship between the two. Through the foreshore City middle and elementary school teachers survey, reflect the primary and secondary school teachers in the use of the Internet to continue the education process for the problems that exist. By analyzing and studying the characteristics of teachers, summed up Internet-based continuing education of teachers,"school-based" training strategy. Fundamentally improve primary and secondary school teachers to the overall quality, for secondary school teachers for the future use of the Internet to provide continuing education reference.
