摘  要
在教育技术高度发展的今天,多媒体教学在素质教育中占有极其重要的地位。本文阐述了多媒体技术的概念及特性,通过对滨州市滨城区实验小学多媒体使用情况的调查,分析了在小学教学过程中使用多媒体对教育者和受教育者所产生的影响及多媒体技术在教学过程中的使用与教学质量的关系,进而阐述在教学过程中使用多媒体应注意哪些问题。

Abstract
Nowadays, with the highly developed educational technology, multimedia teaching plays a very important position in education of all-round development. This article elaborated the concept and specific property of multimedia technology, analyzed the effect both of the educator and the educated in use of multimedia during the process of primary school teaching and the relationship between the usage of multimedia during teaching and equality of teaching, to explain what problems we should pay attention to while using multimedia in the process of teaching, by the investigation of the usage condition of multimedia in the Bincheng district Experiment Elementary School of Binzhou city.
