品牌餐饮企业普通员工绩效管理特点与策略探讨
【摘要】为了了解深圳品牌餐饮普通员工绩效管理的特点，探讨品牌餐饮企业普通员工的绩效管理策略，本文从深圳的几家品牌餐饮企业着手，对普通员工和管理层进行调研与分析，试图从员工和管理者的角度全面了解绩效管理的特点，发现其绩效管理中的不足。最后参考相关理论和实践经验，针对发现的问题，结合深圳实际，提出相关绩效管理策略。

【Abstract】To know the performance management’s characteristic and probe into the performance management’s strategy of staffs in the brand catering industry in Shenzhen, the article tries to find the characteristic and shortage with the point view of staffs and governors,. Finally, submit some performance management’s strategy which based on the fact, the related theory and experience.
