【摘要】本文结合作者实践中对茶艺馆的了解,对处于深圳特区内的一家小茶艺馆——春风茶艺馆进行研究分析,在对此茶艺馆顾客管理实践的各要素内容模块进行分析探讨的基础上,针对此茶艺馆的顾客管理思路及实践中遇到的问题,提出相应的顾客管理策略,具体设计了春风茶艺馆的顾客管理方案,并希望对各茶馆实施顾客管理有所启示,起到一定的借鉴作用。

A Discussion of Customer Management Strategy of the Chun-Feng Teahouse
 
【Abstract】This paper first highlights the concept and importance of the customer management and then it discusses the current situation of the customer management of the Spring Breeze Teahouse and the problems encountered in the practice. Based on the modules of customer management practice, it presents customer management strategies for the teahouse, and hopefully it can enlighten the implementation of the customer management for the teahouse.
