对体育教学中人际关系的探讨
摘要：如何提高体育教学质量增进学生的身心健康，处理好体育教学中的人际关系至关重要。
本文通过文献法，资料收集法，试论了体育教学中的师生间、学生间的人际关系交往关系的主要内容和作用。这种人际环境的状态影响着教师和学生的情绪、认知和行为，从而影响体育教学效果。体育教师应以学生健康第一的指导思想，培养和提高师生双方处理人际关系的技巧，更好的让学生投入到体育锻炼中来，培养学生的终身体育意识。

Abstract：How improves the sports teaching quality to promote student’s health, processes in the good sports teaching the interpersonal to be very important. Myself through the literature material law ,tried to discuss in between the physical education interpersonal relationship contact relations teachers and students, student’s main content and the function, thought the gym instructor should by the student health first guiding ideology, raise and enhances teachers and students both sides deal with the interpersonal relationship the skill, better let the student invest into the physical training in, raised student’s lifelong physical culture Italy to reproach.
