【摘要】 本论文从外资银行——韩业银行深圳分行的角度，运用文献分析和实地调研方法，通过PEST分析、五力模型、主要竞争对手分析等工具对韩业银行深圳分行在中国的发展现状及面临的新的竞争环境进行深入分析，同时通过对企业的自身地位及具体情况进行分析，推断出韩业银行深圳分行在中国正面临着极大的发展机遇，但也面对着比以往更为激烈的竞争，从而制订出韩业银行应采取的战略定位，提出对企业的良性发展有一定成效的建议。

Competitive Strategic Analysis of Han Ye Bank Shenzhen Branch
【Abstract】Using historical document analysis and practical investigation method, this paper analyzes the status of Han Ye Bank Shenzhen Branch’s development and its new competition environment in China with PEST analytical technique , Porter’s five forces model and main competitors analysis. At the meantime, by means of analyzing the bank’s internal environment status and concrete circumstance, the paper concludes that Han Ye Bank Shenzhen Branch is facing tremendous chance for development as well as fiercer industry competition. To take a step further, it puts forward the strategic orientation that Han Ye Bank Shenzhen Branch should take. Finally the paper comes up with some suggestions with positive results for the healthy development of the enterprise.
