关于中小企业成长能力的探讨
摘要：研究提升中小企业成长能力，建立相对完善的能力体系，对于中小企业的发展有着十分重要的意义。目前，由于提升企业成长能力在众多中小企业成长的实际过程中效果并不明显，中小企业的发展面临诸多的困难和瓶颈而难以形成自己独特的竞争优势和核心能力。本文在资源能力理论和动态能力理论的研究基础上，从微观角度出发，对如何提升中小企业的管理能力和学习创新能力、营销能力进行研究，在此基础上对能力体系进行整合，以有效提高中小企业的成长能力，为中小企业的发展提供一定的指导作用。

On the Growth Competence of
 Small and Medium-sized Enterprise
 
Abstract:Examining and promoting their competence of growth and establishing a relatively perfect system are all-important to SEMs’ development. At present, although certain prominence is given to the promotion of ability of many SEMs’ growth, yet the effect is not obvious. SEMs are still faced with many obstructions in their development and thus difficult to make their unique competitive edge and core competence. Based on the present theoretical study of the resource capacity and dynamic capability, this thesis explores from the microscopic perspective the approaches of how to improve the managerial capability of SEMs and the ability for learning and innovation, and then makes an integration of the capability system so as to effectively enhance the ability of SEMs’ growth as well as to provide a guiding role for their development.
