基于人本思想的民营中小企业管理创新
摘要：现代管理理论与管理实践的发展趋势，要求民营中小企业实现以人为本的管理创新。而民营中小企业实现管理创新首先必须实现思维创新，思维创新的关键在于人本，人本思维是企业管理创新的前提和基础。因此，深刻理解人本管理的内涵，营造有利于“人”的环境，充分发掘人的智慧和创造性，是提升民营中小企业整体竞争力的关键所在，本文将人本思想和民营中小企业管理创新相结合，通过对民营中小企业发展的现状和人本管理中存在的问题进行分析，提出民营中小企业人本管理创新的解决办法。

Management Innovation of the Private-operating SMEs Based on Considerations of Human Beings

 
Abstract: Modern management theory and practice of management of the development trend for private SMEs to achieve people-oriented management innovation, and the privately operated small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) realize the management innovation must first to realize the thought innovation. The key of thought innovation's lies in the considerations of human being, considerations of human being is the premise and the foundation of business management. Therefore, understand profoundly the connotation of human management, building advantageous to “the human” environment and fully excavates person's wisdom and creativity is the promotion SMEs overall competitive power key. This article unifies humanist and SMEs management innovation, through the question which exists to SMEs development's present situation and humanist carries on the analysis, propose solution of SMEs management innovation
