关于提高中小企业履行社会责任能力的思考
摘要：在建设和谐社会的进程中，我国逐步建立和完善社会责任的监督考核体系，社会责任已经成为中小企业的核心竞争力之一。而中小企业更应该正确认识社会责任，加大对社会责任的投入，为自己在市场竞争中争取机会，把门槛变成门票。如何才能使中小企业加大社会责任投入，关键是要提高企业自身的能力。本文选择中小企业作为研究对象，分析了当前中小企业在履行社会责任中出现的问题及产生的原因，企业能力与社会责任的关系，最后重点研究了如何提高企业能力。

A Study on How to Improve the Ability of Small and Medium-sized Enterprises to Fulfill the Social Responsibility
 
Abstract: In the process of building a harmonious society, China has established and has been perfecting the supervising and evaluating system of the social responsibility (SR). Since the SR has become one of the core competitiveness of the small and medium-sized enterprises (SME). So the SMEs must realize the importance of the SR and increase the investment for SC, to get opportunities in the market and turn the threshold to the tickets. The key to make SMEs increase the investment for SR is to enhance the capacity of their own. The article chooses the SMEs as the object to research the problems and the reasons in performing the SR and the relations of the enterprise capabilities and the SR. At last, the focus of this article casts a study on how to enhance their capacity.
