当前小学班主任班级管理策略
摘 要
小学班主任在班级管理和学生个人成长发展中起着重要作用。在新课程改革的背景下，小学班主任工作也必须与时代同行。这就要求小学班主任采用积极的班级管理策略，坚持“以人为本”的思想，尊重学生的个性，民主管理，发挥学生的主体性，培养学生的自我管理、自我教育的能力，进而促进班级的发展壮大。

Abstract
The Class Director of Primary School plays important role in the class management and students developing. In the current course innovation policy, the innovation of class management which performed by the class director should be executed in time. In this paper, the active class domination of class director and the “personality based education” idea are suggested, it is also mentioned that the development of the class is based on the respect of students’ personality and the democratic charge of the class with the expansion of students’ subjectivity and the ability building of self-control and self-education.
