企业客户管理与销售系统的数据处理与功能设计

本文主要是对企业客户管理与销售系统进行分析与设计,结合客户管理与销售系统的相关理论知识,在观察国内各大客户销售管理系统功能的基础上,设计出比较完善的客户管理与销售系统。
本文首先对系统进行概况分析,阐述当前企业客户管理与销售系统的发展状况;接着进行系统分析,包括需求分析、模块分析、业务流程、数据流程;最后,以系统分析为基础,从企业需求的角度对系统进行功能设计、数据库设计以及界面设计。
本文的对整个客户管理与销售系统功能进行重新整合,添加在线帮助模块,并在界面上进行美化,添加个性化选择功能,解决系统在培训、实施及操作等方面存在的不足。

Abstract

In the thesis, it mainly analyzed and designed the enterprise customer management and sales system. Based on combining the related theory knowledge and observing the functions of some domestic customer management and sales systems, it designed the customer management and sales system which is more perfect.
Firstly, it is elaborating current condition of the customer management and sales system; Secondly, this paragraph carried on the system analyze, including four parts-module analysis, operation process analysis and data process analysis. It is the base of the last part; At last, based on the angle of enterprise demands, it carried on the function design, database design and interface design.
The main harvest in this thesis: first, reset the functions of customer management and sales system, and increase a new module-‘help online’; second, transfigure the interface and increase a new function-‘change by yourself’. Do the news is to release the problems about training, actualizing and using.
