基于VB.NET的企业客户管理与销售系统的设计与实现
摘  要

本课题是对基于VB.NET的企业客户管理与销售系统进行设计与实现。结合当前企业客户管理与销售系统的现状，在参考相关资料的基础上,设计出相对比较完善的企业客户管理与销售系统，并对其中一部分功能进行实现。
本文阐述了系统的实施方法、主要功能及设计思路和实现系统所采用的技术工具。运用了Microsoft的程序开发工具VB.NET软件，结合提供有良好的图形设计功能的Macromedia Dreamweaver 8 网页制作软件，同时，在系统的后台数据库上引入了SQL Server 2000数据库管理系统。
本系统的功能包括客户基本信息管理、客户评价管理、高层决策管理、货品信息管理、销售统计管理、仓库信息管理、报价单管理、供应商管理、合同管理等功能。

Abstract

The paper is to design and realize an enterprise’s customer management and sales system which is based on VB.NET. To combine with enterprise’s customer management and sales systems’ status at present, on the basic of consulting related datum, to devise a much perfect enterprise’s customer management and sales system, and realize part of the system’s functions.
The paper expounds the system’s implementation methods, main functions, conceptual design, and the use of the technologies. To the entire system’s frame, it is adopted VB.NET which belongs to one kind of the Microsoft tools, integrating with Macromedia Dreamweaver 8 which can provide the nicer design function, whilst it utilizes SQL Server 2000 database to be the background database system.
This work, which includes many kinds of functions, such as the basic customer information management, the customer opinion management, the high level decision management, the product information management, the sales statistic management, the storehouse information management, the quotation information management, the supplier information management, the contract information management.
