中国自加入WTO以来，国内金融市场逐步开放。随着中国金融市场对外资银行的全面放开，中外资银行间的竞争会越发激烈。
外资银行的进入对中资银行的市场份额造成了强烈的冲击，外资银行与中资银行对优质客户和优秀人才展开了激烈的争夺，从而对中资银行的盈利能力和我国银行业的稳定性产生了巨大的影响。中资银行要迎接这些挑战，就必须采取科学的对策。一方面，要进行业务调整，加快业务创新，强化风险控制，提升服务质量，加速国际化进程，加强人才队伍建设以全面提高中资银行的竞争力；另一方面，我国政府要落实国民待遇原则，完善金融调控手段，提高金融政策的透明度，加强有效监管以创造良好的外部竞争环境。

Research on the Countermeasures of Chinese-funded Banks to Meet the Challenge of Foreign Banks
Abstract：Since China’s entry of WTO, the domestic financial market has been gradually opened. As China's financial market to foreign banks is fully opened up, the competition between the foreign and Chinese banks will increasingly fierce. The enter of the foreign banks has a strong impact to Chinese-funded banks. Foreign banks with the Bank of China for quality clients and talents engaged in a fierce rivalry. This impact so as to the profitability of banks and the stability of China's banking industry had a tremendous impact. Chinese-funded banks to meet these challenges, it is necessary to adopt a scientific response. On the one hand, we should conduct business restructuring, business innovation, strengthen risk control, improve service quality, and accelerate the internationalization process, strengthening the development of qualified personnel to fully enhance the bank's competitiveness. On the other hand, the Chinese government should implement the principle of national treatment, improve financial regulation and control means to improve the transparency of monetary policy, strengthen effective monitoring to create a good external environment for competition.
