【摘要】当前企业对于员工的管理十分困难,为此研究企业员工的需求以及管理意义,深入研究企业员工的需求,探讨企业根据需求所得出的管理意义与管理方法。本文通过对企业员工进行问卷调查得出的统计数据,分析了深圳一些企业员工的需求,并以马斯洛需求理论以及激励理论为理论依据,从马斯洛需求理论的5个要素分析员工的需求问题,通过数据分析和查阅文献资料得出企业应该采取的管理方法以及管理意义。

Studies on Needs of Employees and their

【Abstract】Enterprise management for the employees is very difficult, this paper gives a study on the needs of employees and their management sense, the study will explore needs of employees in-depth and discover the significance of the investigation result on management practices. We conducted a questionnaire survey based on dozens of staff members, collecting statistical data, analyzing those data collected from enterprises in Shenzhen regarding on Abraham Maslow’s theory of needs Hierarchy and motivation theory, furthermore, analyzing five different need factors from Maslow’s theory, through data analysis and inspection documents, we obtained some suggestions for enterprises management, and thus showed some significance on management practice.
