糖水店投资可行性研究
【摘要】 糖水是广东省的地道美食之一，种类繁多。在日益注重健康休闲饮食的今天，深受社会各类人群的喜爱，而经营糖水的店铺也多如浩瀚繁星，足见其具有广阔的消费市场空间。随着投资理财理念的推广，很多投资者都想投资到这个行业，但对店铺经营的目标市场、投资成本、运营效益知之不多，导致种种经营不善的后果。本文旨在通过调查分析，了解糖水食品的本土市场状况，确立投资一间糖水店的可行性。采取的研究方法主要有：二手资料收集，问卷调查，定性分析，定量分析，投资回收期分析，盈亏平衡分析等等。

An investment Feasibility Study about Sweet water-shop in the Guimiao Street
【Abstract】 Sweet water is one kind of delicious food in Guangdong, which has many of sorts. Nowadays, as more and more people do like healthy eating and living, there are lots of sweet water-shops. It is obvious that the market is huge. As the concept of investment spreads, many people want to invest sweet water-shops. However, knowing little about the target market, cost and income of the investment makes many bad results. Based of local market of the sweet water, the intention of this article is to make sure whether investing a sweet water-shop in the Guimiao Street is feasible. The primary method in use includes: second- hand data colleting, questionnaire, qualitative analysis, quantitative analysis, recovery period of investment, the balance of profit and loss and so on.
