【摘要】烧鸭作为中国的传统美食，几百年来一直受到广大消费者的喜爱，也使到越来越多的企业投身到这个行业当中，而为了扩大经营规模、提高企业知名度，一些企业走上连锁经营的道路，比较知名的有全聚德集团和唐林香烧鸭店。上述情况使到这个行业的竞争越来越激烈，这就需要企业在项目开发前期进行市场调查和研究，从市场调查和研究身上判定项目的可行性。本文对烧鸭店项目开发前期，从周边环境、产品介绍、项目的运营规划、市场分析、财务预测等几方面来研究，以期对项目进行整体的可行性分析并对市场定位提供依据回避风险。

An Investment Feasibility Study about Ducks Shop at Huanggang Market
 
【Abstract】 Duck, as a traditional food for centuries, has been a favorite of consumers, and more and more enterprises have plunged into this industry. In order to expand the scale and improve name recognition, some enterprises build up chain shops, such as Quanjude Group and Tang Lin Xiang Ducks Shop and so on. In a word, the competition has become more fierce in this industry, which requires enterprises to conduct a market survey in the early period of development and research, from which the feasibility of the project is determined. This paper analyzes the feasibility of the ducks shop in several aspects, such as the environment around、product introduction、project operation、market analysis、financial analysis and so on, with a view to the overall feasibility study of the project and provide a basis for risk-analysis and market position.
