摘  要
本文首先阐述了导购员管理的背景和目的,介绍了销售人员管理的基本概念,简要回顾了导购员管理的发展历史,并对国内外销售人员管理的重要理论和研究状况等进一步进行阐述。
本文运用企业管理的相关理论,通过对广东科龙电器股份有限公司现行导购员管理体系的研究和分析,结合作者本人在科龙公司四年的工作经验,指出了目前广东科龙电器股份有限公司在导购员管理上存在导购员培训工作不到位、导购员薪酬设置不合理等问题。并就以上问题提出了一套完整的改进方案:完善导购员的培训工作、制定完善的导购员薪酬体系等。其成果对广东科龙电器股份有限公司的发展有巨大的现实意义,同时对家电行业导购员管理改进也具备一定的参考价值。

Abstract
In this paper, the management of sales staff on the background and purpose of the management of sales staff, introduced the basic concepts, a brief review of the history of the development sales force management and sales management at home and abroad an important theory and research on the situation further.
    In this paper, the relevance of corporate governance theory, the adoption of Guangdong Kelon Electrical Appliance Co., Ltd. of the existing sales force management system of research and analysis, combined with the author KELON company in four years of work experience, pointing out that the current Guangdong Kelon Electric Appliance Company Limited in sales management training sales staff there is not in place, sales force pay issues such as setting unreasonable. And made more than a complete set of improvement: improve the training of sales staff, develop a sales staff remuneration system. The results of Guangdong Kelon Electrical Appliance Co., Ltd. has a huge development of practical significance, while sales of household appliances will also be able to improve the management of a certain reference value.
