价值工程在西单购物中心招商中的应用研究
摘要
本文首先对价值工程在我国的应用，百货店的发展和百货店的招商现状进行了梳理总结，然后分析了西单购物中心招商现状、发现了其存在的问题。通过对西单购物中心招商进行功能分析、成本分析和价值分析，得出了西单购物中心招商各功能的价值系数，其中引入商户和维护形象的价值系数小于1，是价值工程重点改进对象。并提出了西单购物中心招商改进方案，通过优化工作流程，增加对官方网站的应用等优化方案，实现了提高招商功能、降低成本的目标，提高了西单购物中心的招商价值，同时也拓展了价值工程的应用范围。

Study on Application of Value Engineering in the Merchants of Xidan Shopping Center
Abstract
Firstly this paper summarized the application of value engineering in China and the development of department stores and the current situation of department stores investment. Then the paper analyzed the actual situation and the problems of the Xi Dan shopping center Merchants. Cleared the main functions and cost of the Xi Dan Shopping Center Merchants by Xi Dan Shopping Center Merchants functional analysis and cost analysis and value analysis, and found the means of improve the merchants value of the Xi Dan Shopping Center. And last the paper proposed and evaluated some improvement program to make sure to meet the investment function, or reducing the cost of inputs, enhanced the value of the Xi Dan shopping center merchants, at the same time the paper expanded the scope of value engineering applications.
