92例护理本科生对临床带教老师应具备带教素质的调查分析
摘 要
目的:研究护理本科生对临床带教老师应具备带教素质的需求。方法:采用自制量表，对某医学院03级92名护理本科生进行问卷调查。结果:护理本科生对临床带教老师的一般情况、带教意识、道德修养和带教内容的需求率分别为75.5%、68.8%、70.1%和63.9%。结论:护理本科生对临床带教老师的带教素质有较高要求，医院应该提高临床带教老师的带教素质。

ABSTRACT
Objective: Study the nursing college graduate teaches teacher should have as well as teaching the quality need to clinical belt. Methods: The questionnaire adopt self-restraint scale , 92 nursing a college graduate 03 steps to some medical college being in progress is inquired into. Results: The ordinary circumstances teaching a teacher to clinical belt , the need taking teaching mental consciousness , morality accomplishment and belt teaching content nursing a college graduate lead difference to be 75.5% , 68.8% , 70.1% and 63.9%. Conclusion: Nurse a college graduate teaching a teacher's to clinical belt as well as teaching quality having higher request, the hospital ought to raise clinical belt teaching a teacher's as well as teaching quality.
